Lol not a developer. But based on what I’ve seen, all CL9 in my project need to lead a team. That’s really causing a lot of pressure tbh.

I feel the same way as a level 9! You’re busy enough with your own deliverables and yet still needa do reporting-.-

Sometimes I feel under appreciated cause the team thinks that I’m doing nothing but they just don’t know what I’m doing

Any recommendations for people lead for consulting dte? Need to change cos cc leaving the company. People lead who’s nurturing in your growth and also vocal enough to fight for your interest in talent discussion. Please recommend if you have some thanks

All fresh grads coming into tap have the same salary….4.9k after allowances regardless of your school or honours. So if you’re unhappy that someone from a less better school than you or someone with worse off honours or passing gpa getting the same pay then too bad this firm isn’t for you. You can go to somewhere else where they tag individual salary to your gpa and school.
