Hi those who’ve received the offer letter, is it an official contract? Or it’s just an email with the offer? I received mine last week and was wondering if I’m supposed to get the official contract?

I beg to differ though. Most experienced hires tend to struggle in Accenture despite having rich experience elsewhere. They are not used to the fast paced working environment and rigour and it takes a while for them to get used to it.

To be fair, the learning curve is usually very steep whenever you step into a new workplace but I can definitely see the difference between homegrown consultants VS experienced hire consultants.

Did they tell you you should be receiving official contract? If not I don’t think they will give right?

Are your other on-boarding process completed like background check and all? If it is then should be fine maybe no official contract?

Not sure if background check has been done… they did mention that we will receive a formal employment contract though. Not just email

Oh I see, how many days have it been since you got your email offer? When’s your start date? Seems like they are rather slow so you may have to wait :/
