Those who went for the EE, how long after did it take for HR to offer you?

If new joiner salary increase or increment when you promoted increase, will the others salaries also adjust to the new one?

Considering leave is subject to approval and you might be scrutinized for it, I don't think it matters much.

Could try to do what they say they wanted to avoid - Keep track of everyone's leave so you can see if it's ok to safely take more than the minimum.

In theory, depending on the workload, you and your colleagues could take more leave than you otherwise would, during the low periods of the project.

In practice, have to figure out what's an acceptable amount of leave to take, depending on what you want and how lenient your superiors are.

thanks!!! yes i received a Lego toy but i'm not sure if it means anything bc iirc all the participants had to give their address for EE so i assume it's just a participation gift?? haha and the final presentation - no! but my team did make it to the last round

if you received an offer before you graduate, then it doesn’t matter on your graduating gpa or final honours right? You just need to get the cert and be out of sch can alr? Won’t be a case where you start work then your official cert get release a month or two later an the honours is lower than what was expected then acn fire you?
