This May, so you joined for a few weeks only? If you tell me you joined for more than 3 mths and all you've been doing is adhoc work then you should be worried.

Anyway in ACN, it doesn't matter what is your title, what role you were hired for. It's all a beautiful painting that the management painted for you only. You will be assigned to work that they need ppl on - obviously won't be an fag and assign you technical role when you're non-tech.

So really, once you worked on those crappy stuff for a few weeks, start sounding out and get them to fulfill their promises. If they can't, please, make decisions for the better of your career.

It's on you.

Since the project end in a few months. Thereafter projects wouldn’t base in your previous project job scope liao right, like just keep testing and training.

Op new joiner leh, don’t new joiners usually do the saikang jobs what. Can’t be new join then do some high level job or jobs same as those few months to a year analyst.

Advise is once your project go live then faster leave for other projects.

Actually testing is part of the job scope at ACN what. Even senior analysts and consultants also do testing, since big bulk of projects are implementation. Even consulting ppl also kena do testing in my previous project, although consulting analysts typically focus on training materials lah. But testing always need support one then you can’t run away also cos reflect badly if only you don’t help out.

You never do testing before meh during your time in ACN?

Testing and training counted as ad-hoc work meh? I always see the consulting analyst doing training? Testing all the projects I have been in also got testing involved and it’s quite common I thought.
