yes strategy is always higher, but promotion is not very fast

One good thing I want to raise abt ACN is

there have 2 promotion cycle, one is June, one is Dec

Usually people who miss year end cycle one will get another shot at June

I am not so sure abt other companies, but I heard from my friend, NCS, Singtel, CPF, Govtech, HPE

They only have 1 cycle, which is April, once they miss the April one mean no have alrdy, have to wait until next year April

So Acn is a bit different

So if I remember your comments previously, you took 3 years + to promote from analyst to senior analyst right. How is the promotion being handled? Time based or your boss like you then you will promote
