2. many different roles to take on (since you on project basis)
Cons:
1. long hours, no work life balance. Will only get worse the higher you go.
2. may get stuck at CL9 consultant and hard to make it to Assistant manager if you don’t demonstrate you are hungry enough.
Advise to fresh grads: Accenture is a great place to kick start your career. If you can make assistant manager by 5-6 years, the pay is very comfortable for someone in late 20s/ early 30s. (8-9k/ mth) Also plenty of opportunities to change job as Accenture’s brand name is well-knowned in Singapore and globally.

Finally someone who is smart enough to realize that this industry not for everyone. Everyone keep dreaming in their stupid fantasy about high pay without realizing the high OT hours and work life lmao!! 😂😂😂😂😂

I swear half of you all in here are just desperate to find a job at this point and it really shows. Please la, it’s an employee market now — why you can’t find job now leh?

Goes to show how some can be so dumb and selective in their reading. Don’t need to say but everyone knows the high OT hours at acn. Please don’t act like you’re hired and know so much when you don’t.

Can the freaking moderators do something?? Remove the person who keeps trying to complain on Accenture and all. We’re just here to understand more on Accenture and gain insights, as simple as that. Ended up we have to come here and see an op who can’t seem to infer properly and putting down those who wants to know more about the company. Not helping much but being a nuisance instead.

Eh fking read properly, either you reply to the wrong post or your inference skills are ****. The op is pointing out to the previous op on how Accenture strategy aren’t any better, lol sia loser just dissing for the sake of dissing. Take a look at yourself man, can’t even infer properly still come and give “advice” to others. Tip for you, go get yourself a job, most of us here are those who are in acn, gotten an offer, or are progressed to the next stage.

Hello, for the first TAP batch opening (general TAP) applicants who went for the EE and eventually gotten an offer, did your contract state the salary as well as the package such as insurance coverage, bonus, leave and so on? Could you please share, thanks much!

Agree that Accenture is great on the resume especially for fresh grads. Can work a few years, promote and exit to better opportunities.

What’s the insurance package like for Accenture? Good anot? Is it different for different levels in Accenture?

Good advice from the 10 yr manager guy and ex-intern / analyst guy
What they said is very true. ACN Singapore focus on public service projects ( especially healthcare). Things can get messy. Clients have the final say, we as their “consultants” only can follow and try to make compromises. Not easy life. But no choice really
