LTA (Land Transport Authority)

Hi I have applied for one position in LTA and i got referred to others positions and completed interviews.I got all task assigned in workday website to the positions i applied before. After 5 days of interview i got email that your unsuccessful for the positions you have applied, this means i got rejected for interview or only for application. Can i expect any reply or can i consider rejected?

on the lean scale of 1-10 with 10 = super lean, where is lta? i feel it's like a 9 or 10. anyone have recommendations of statboards with 1-5 lean scale? lol
