Does anyone know whether the CVB for this year would be retained if an individual undergoes a lateral transfer from another healthcare organisation to Synapxe in June 2026?

How many months of bonus can we expect from Synapxe? Is it 2 months (PB) + 1 month (CVB)?

grade 3 last year was 1.8 PB

grade 3+ last year was 2 PB

grade 2 can be 2.2 - 2.4

CVB is fixed, hover around 1 - 1.2

but this new CEO duno what he want to do / what jinx ong want him to do, things might get messy with the reorg

CVB is for Synapxe staff only

if u come from cluster -> Synapxe u dun qualify, if u transfer less than 3 mths also dun qualify

JG5 cannot be 9k, but it can be high 6 - 7 or more (Unless count bonus and divide by 12)
if u are stuck at 5, its basically condemned grade because the jump to 6 will give u a different weighage and new KPI 3-5 dont have

and JG6 also stuck with low 7 to 9, break 10 (before bonus) need 7, break 12 need to go AD which is considered senior management

5's ceiling is definitely more than 7. Not sure what is it though.
