Was offered 8k for jg6, is the offer ok? What is the salary ceiling for jg6?

"My one lagi best. I remembered that time, they offered. I asked for 6k, but was told 4.7k-5.1k. so I say ok ideal would be 5.1k. Then they tried low-ball me to take 4.7k. This is for JG4 btw.

Hi All, can someone advise what is the average bonus and annual increament got Synapxe for past 2years for average performer ? Do they have at least 3.5% increament?
