Not much different, you will still see things that doesn't make sense here.

Changes are happening but at a slow rate, the pay is good for JD 5. Won't be surprised to some JD 6 earning lesser than you.

Hmm I see I guess the team that we are allocated too is very impt? Thru the interview I felt like the hiring team are all quite reasonable people. Just wondering if the culture is so deeply ingrained that its so bad.

I was thinking a step out is still a step out nonetheless and will probably be taking it if the offer comes.

As with all places, it depends on your team. However processes issues are global and you will face the same roadblock no matter which team you are in.

The pay is decent, worth a try since you sound sick of your current environment. Just be mindful that it's not a paradise and maybe another kind of hole. Worst case you can look for another job after a year or so.

If similar to last year and your salary is around midrange of your grade, you probably need to score at least a rating of 2+ to get 5% increment. If your salary is on lower end of your JG, will be easier to hit with lower rating.

This year seems like no letter announcing the pay revision and bonus yet. Wonder why.

Knn got some sort of cap at 4months in total for my Grade 2.

to the SAF captain, 8.3 for JG5 is **** meaning in might hit midpoint without promotion and the AI might drop to 2.5. Try to get JG6.

grade 3 and 3+ is it the same bonus payout?
can some share how many months you all get for a 3 or 3+ grade?

Increment reduced although having same grade as last year too.

jg5 8.3 is very very high, almost maxed out, i know of people jg6 also not yet 8.3
