6.7k per month max discussed with HR. Perm role. Currently in a contract role with end user company drawing salary 6.2k without any bonus or allowances. From next month, 7.5k without any bonus or allowances. Is it good to switch considering perm role and 3 month bonus but 800$ less.

Personally regardless of pay, I wouldn't do contract roles.
Contractors aren't perm, also most companies view contractors as useless dogs. Any monkey can get a contract role with no benefits.

Contract role can be cut easily. Prem harder and got bonus, easy decision imo
