Is it true there are many FTs in there and environment can be quite political?

Can one working there got more comments since I heard there is a restructuring of the management?

I also read glassdoor and there seemed to be diffferent teams.
Site teams I guess is situated on site like hospitals and those who are working in main office. Any different between them? Which is more xiong? I'm thinking of applying for analyst role.

Any past or present sys admin can share an insight of the work load for this role?
I'm seriously considering applying for the job.
How is the 24x7 standby activation rate?Very often?
And do you get to work late almost every other day.

It depends on where you are working. If you are working in harbourfront ihis, you might be able to report to work late and go home on time. There are a few "FTs" there who always report to work late but go home on time and they are being paid highly with no special skills which could not be done by locals....and they went to Europe for holidays and their children go to private schools. On top of that, they can go for coffee break daily in the morning and in the afternoon. So if you are joining ihis and would want to have "work-life balance" like those FTs... it is still possible..
