aiya, they attract only bottom of the barrel type of talent. your progress will depend on who you kowtow to rather than any form of talent leh. iHis is like the worst of the civil service, got together with the worst of the private sector and had a retarded child

a lot of ppl here like to talk big about banker trader millionaire whatever. truth is although iHis has below average staff, but i know of many sme which are crappier or worse still some cannot find jobs.

My girlfriend is choosing an offer between IHiS System Analyst and another offer in the bank. She wanted to know about the follow, but HR just won't answer.

1) What is the typical year increment for a system analyst?
2) How long does it take to prompt to senior system analyst?
3) Where can she go in the future? Her bank's manager told her she can move to other banks in the future. But what about this one?

I earn peanuts and she is ambitious,haha.

Just go for the banks, 4-5 years later banks will pay at least double what she can earn in ihis.
