If similar to last year and your salary is around midrange of your grade, you probably need to score at least a rating of 2+ to get 5% increment. If your salary is on lower end of your JG, will be easier to hit with lower rating.

This year seems like no letter announcing the pay revision and bonus yet. Wonder why.

got an offer around 8.3 for a JG5 role. I trying to ask for higher pay, the HR tell me they can try to up me to JG6 then got higher chance.

I guess push factor from saf quite big, i dont wanna stay in a place where people just cruise and get the pay, everything so inefficient and nothing makes sense.

But reading the post makes me second guess my choice of going synapxe.
