What is the seniority of AD and DD? Manager with reporting or IC ?

Wow. 6.8k for JG4?? Its even higher than some of the jg5 already.
Annual increment is 3-5% for average.

Never hear much about ad and did pay range?

my JG5 pay lower than ur JG4 pay

many useless ADs around.... no quality ones. DD oso d same 1. Approve leave and expenses only.
