Got + and - but insignificant to the bonus.
Can don’t think of 1 you can work like cow highest only 2
You can get promoted and still get 3
Promotion and grade don’t go hand in hand.

just curious will your grade gets automatically level up if your increment has hit past ceiling of the grade?

AD = avg 140k
DD = avg 170k
D = avg 200k

the pay is good for directors. slack work also just throw down give lower down do can already, thats the culture in this company.
Many overseas colleagues also, easy to when they lonely find chance to piak piak expecially when you high rank they look up to you.

No but that yearly increment will add on your pay and reset every year.
I heard they increase their ceiling every 2-3 years so don’t think you hit ceiling that easily.
