Clearly, there are a few heads who are undermining others, rude and don't deserve their salaries. Senior management is lousy. Once i find another job, I am resigning, meanwhile I will keep smiling at these ppl.

Morrow medical
Which dept are you in? I just joined not long ago but I am also looking out myself 🤣
I am not optimistic about the business. Even Trapeze owned by uob ceo son closed recently, many wellness businesses in singapore are not profitable.

Apparently both. The naming is pretty stupid if you ask me.
They charge a lot 🤣
Do we look like suckers?

Seems like these people are very lousy colleagues and there is a very lousy toxic culture indeed.
In any half respectable company, obvious misconduct such as these would have resulted in firing a long time ago.
I guess this is what happens when you have lousy senior management, which leads to lousy hiring and managing.
Steer clear

I went to check out this Ernie Voon LinkedIn. He wrote in his LinkedIn and claimed that he ran Superfood Kitchen from 2022 to 2023 and all 4 new outlets were profitable within 6 months of opening. He called himself a "Futurist"
As someone working in FnB related jobs for years, I found this unbelievable, so I went to check out Superfood Kitchen and found this.
Ernie and his partners persuaded Lifebrandz, a small public listed company to acquire 70% of their business Green Bar (later also known as Superfood) in 2021 to give them extra capital to expand outlets.
Green Bar already was making a loss in 2021, from Lifebrandz news: "Based on the management accounts of Green Bar as at 31 December 2021, for the 6-month period from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021, Green Bar recorded revenue of S$78,092 and a net loss of S$40,978".
After 2022 and expansion, during which time Ernie Voon served as General Manager, the business lost over $90k in 2022 and $750k in 2023. Outlets started to close and the last outlet in Raffles City closed in 2025.
Despite the losses of over $800k in just 2 years, he still claims on LinkedIn that all '4 new Superfood outlets were profitable within 6 months of opening'.
