I have experienced such people before, if they are yelling at you, clearly they don't respect you. These people are often saying other things behind your backs as well.

Seems like these people are very lousy colleagues and there is a very lousy toxic culture indeed.

In any half respectable company, obvious misconduct such as these would have resulted in firing a long time ago.

I guess this is what happens when you have lousy senior management, which leads to lousy hiring and managing.
