For ECA, okay. I am not sure how much higher chance you can get a job by just attending these courses.

If it is useful, future employers should sponsor these courses for the potential to be hire.

Let the market does the speaking of what courses are useful and hence the employment.

I was jobless and trying to figure out which one to take. Instead of just picking and choosing, I asked employers instead.

I signed up to this website called Connect, startconnect.co and I was matched with founders, HRs and hiring managers to ask them about which skills were required. They couldn't tell me the course exactly but I copied their keywords when doing my search. Hope this helps
