SingHaiyi's Sora Sees Strong Sales in Jurong Lake District

SingHaiyi Group, in partnership with KSH Holdings and Ho Lee Group, made a notable achievement by selling 102 units at Sora over the weekend of July 5-6. This success represents 23% of the 440-unit, 99-year leasehold condominium located on Yuan Ching Road in the Jurong Lake District. Over the launch weekend, 320 units were made available, with the one-bedroom-plus-study units being the most sought-after, achieving over 80% sales. Two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-study units also saw significant interest. One-bedroom-plus-study units (538 sqft) started at S$996,000, while two-bedroom units (646 sqft) were priced above S$1.305 million. Nearly 95% of the sold units were priced under S$2 million, with the average selling price at S$2,160 psf, comparable to the nearby Lake Garden Residences. Both Sora and The LakeGarden Residences are close to the 90-hectare Jurong Lake Gardens, highlighting the rejuvenation of the Jurong Lake District and attracting many young buyers under 40 years old.
