Yes, One-north Eden should be an interesting new project to watch out for. There hasn't been a launch in this area for some time, and this is a really good location. Plenty of potential for rentals, but would make a good place for owner occupiers too.

No news yet on when the showflat will open for viewing, but unlikely to be this year I think.

The developers are reputable, with lots of experience, so the One-north Eden floor plans should be quite OK, unlike some recent ones with almost bizarre layouts.
