Soil testing machinery spotted between the land between Grendale park and Hillview Park, this is the new road direct connected to Dairy Farm Road from Hillview Rise where Midwood is located.
This is the existing Hillview Rise that leads to the new road. On the right is Block 10 of Midwood, on the left is Kingsford Hillview Peak

Good news! More amenity in Hillview estate!
This is the notice board of proposed new 2-storey commercial development.
The address is 2 Hillview Road. It is just next to the Exit B of Hillview MRT, along the Upper Bukit Timah Road.
Hopefully, there will be e F&B outlets, supermarket, bank, clinic etc. Fingers crossed.

Hi Mervin, other then Midwood, are there any other condominiums in Bukit Panjang listed there that is worth considering with a reasonable price?

The latest update from the developer is March 2023. The construction progress is very fast. Let me know if you want to view the showflat as viewing is strictly by appointment.

Other than Midwood, the next nearest TOP development is Mont Botanik (also around Mid 2023). While Dairy Farm Residences, Verdale, View at Kismic are expected to be completed in 2024.
So Midwood at the moment will still be the earliest (estimation based on current market condition).
If not, The Essence in Springleaf will be completed in H1 2022. However, only the last 3Br Premium unit is available.
