The Royal Green, new residential development of 5-storey high, tenure being freehold and is luxurious new condominium along Bukit Timah Road.
The Royal Green location is sited well within a private residential locality of neighbourhood comprising almost exclusively landed housing and high-end condominiums and with a number of good schools well within two kilometres in radius and little shopping malls as well as many restaurants and eateries.
The Royal Green price will be attractive given its freehold tenure which is becoming rare in the real estate industry in Singapore. Royal Green Condominium at Bukit Timah
This Royal Green condo is targeted to launch for preview on Saturday 5th October, with the balloting / booking day likely to be one week later, on 12th October.
It doesn't have any one bedders, the smallest units start from 2 bedders. Pricing is from $1.7xM up for the smallest 2 bedroom units, with the 3 bedroom units here at Royal Green starting at around $2.5xM up. With only 285 units, the maintenance fee is not too bad, around $420 per month for the 2 and 3 bedders. Certainly less onerous than for Pullman Residences, the other freehold launch nearby in October.
