It is expected to host 845 luxurious residential units from 1 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms and penthouses on the huge 207,848 sqft land. Based on the winning bid, the Siglap Residences price is expected to market at between $1400 to $1500 per square foot(psf).

Here are the latest details on this project: The project name has been finalised. It will be called the Seaside Residences. The developer is a consortium headed by Frasers FCL Topaz, in conjunction with KH Capital & Sekisui House. Seaside Residences will be 27 storeys high, with an estimated 840 residential units. The developer has said it intends to maximise sea views, especially since they have the advantage of having a very wide site. But if are looking for that, you should consider units above the 7th or 8th floors, as the treetops of East Coast Park between the project and the beach, is about 7 floors high.

Frasers is tentatively targeting to launch the project around end of 1st Quarter, or beginning of 2nd Quarter 2017. The Seaside Residences showflat will likely open in March 2017 for viewing, but prices will typically only be available at the VIP Preview / balloting day itself. Don't expect it to come cheap though, especially since the bidding for this site was pretty intense, and the top 4 bidders bidded over $800 PSF per plot ratio.
