This project has been renamed to Forest Woods. Here are the other latest updates for this launch:
. Pending approval for sale.
. Targeting to launch in mid September 2016.
. Forest Woods showflat is expected to be available for viewing appointments around 17 September 2016.
. This project will comprise seven 12 storey blocks.
. Unit mix will comprise 1 + Study, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom units, with three 5 bedroom penthouses.
. Site layout-wise, the blocks will be arranged in 2 rows with facilities & landscaping in between.
. One row will be parallel to Paya Lebar, and the other will be aligned with Lorong Lew Lian.
. Lots of greenery and a wide variety of facilities, with an impressive clubhouse
