• 3 year interior design experience on both commercial and residential drawings
• Freelancing work experience (Company: UPWARD IN DESIGN, Gestalt Studio, Baker’s brew studio…. ETC)
• Passion for interior design

1. 3D Rendering for Commercial & residential (3D Max, V-ray render)
2. AutoCAD service (Space planning, Electrical plan, Lighting plan, Section Drawing, Elevation Drawing
3. Colored Layout Plan

1. Are we trustworthy?
Yes we are, we will provide our portfolio with positive testimony before starting our discussion on the project.
2. How long will the project take?
The concern regarding the duration of the project will be discussed during the project discussion as we have to understand the details of the drawings and the number of drawings required. But rests assure we will do it to the best we can to give u quality work in the quickest manner.
3. How many changes we can make?
We would allow 3 changes (1 Major 2 minor); any changes from there forth will require additional charges.
4. Do we do contractor work?
We don’t do contractor work.
5. What are the pricing for service?
The fee for doing the service will be discussed further when we have the details from you.
Procedure:

3. Quotation proposed & acceptance
4. Deposit fee of 50% of the agreed fee
5. Watermarked designs will be show
6. Remaining Payment for designs if it is accepted
7. Removed watermark design will be sent to you
