Tampines Ave 10 New Private Residential
The Tapestry @ Tampines is an up and coming private residential development with a 99 year leasehold located along Tampines Avenue 10. This development has a 233,767 square feet in area (21,717.7 square metres), and would give its developers, City Developments Limited (CDL), a maximum permissible gross floor area of 654,553 square feet (60,810 square metres). The developer is looking to build a 15 storey development that would be home to approximately 715 residential units, along with an on site childcare centre.
Located among plenty of new private and public housings, residents of The Tapestry will get to enjoy a good range of amenities in their neighbourhoods when the development is ready for occupation.
