Van Holland Condo Launching
A new freehold condominium will be launching soon along Holland Road. To be called Van Holland, this new development will be very conveniently located. It is just directly opposite Holland Village, and within 3 to 4 minutes walk from Holland Village MRT station on the Circle Line.
The Van Holland condo will also have the advantage of being just across the road from the upcoming mixed development by Far East Organisation, that will add to the buzz of Holland Village. There are plans to add retail and dining outlets around courtyards and water features, with a public park and event spaces for regular performances and street bazaars. So far the Van Holland showflat and floor plans are still pending approval yet, but it is expected to tentatively launch within the next 2 months or so.
