The Jovell, one of the latest upcoming condominium to be developed by the prestigious developer, Tripartite Developers Pte Ltd Subsidiary of Hong Leong Holdings, is located at Flora Road. The Jovell condo will be developed into an already highly-anticipated condominium within Tampines.

Although few details units type, floor plan are currently known about the upcoming The Jovell Condo development, including The Jovell price, it has been announced that the development will consist of an estimated 429 units. The land parcel on Flora Road rests conveniently in the Park Ris area.
