Micron fresh grad salary
Hi, any engineering fresh grad this year who have received an offer from Micron would like to share some information on your salary and package?
Also, anyone knows if salary is offered according degree classification (highest distinction, distinction, merit etc)? Thanks.

interested to find out the worklife in micron as well, quite a big MNC does it happen to pay well for fresh grad?

Process Engineer wise, starting pay is good for engineering. Yes pay grade differs, I think FCH is around 4k, second upper 3.6-3.8, second lower closer to 3.4-3.6. If you do night shift or lots of OT, pay can go up to 5k. Only hearsay from friends, people working inside can give better figures. If you doing IT related engineering role, the starting pay even higher. Companies like Micron are pulling the mean salary of fresh grads in engineering up as they hire many people at high starting salary.
