Some XT7 holds a MX12 and some MX11. The salary range i heard is huge for XT7, like 6k to 9k+.

I am also curious for HTX fresh grad is XT what, so that if i got the job i can gauge if it is a fair package.

htx is tech scheme

mx is general scheme

tech scheme has higher salary banding for equivalent grade

32 years old this year with NS
Private degree (SIM) and a masters in MBA

9 years of relevant private sector experience

Applied for senior manager / manager position in the ministry

What is the salary range like and which MX would I fall under?

Fresh grad u sure be appointed as xt5.. xt6 is for those with some exp

Am a 28yo male w NS, about 1.6years experience in private sector. looking to jump to government (e.g. MOM). how much basic salary can i expect? was from local uni, 2.1.
