hi, the lower figure will be what most people will get (maybe slightly higher).
the right figure, most (avg performer) will not be able to get it unless in specialised scheme.

I am a male, 31 this year. Assuming a 16 months package in an average year, my annual package is about 100+ K. I think it's above average. But I think there will be people within PS earning more at my age ;)

I am 30 this year, female FCH. assuming all in including bonus then its above 90k. This year bonus not much so the amount lowered.

Hi guys, what's the average bonus in civil service for normal MX scale farmers, including everything - mid-year, end-of-year, AWS, performance etc? Is it usually around 15 months?

In times like the pandemic, mostly will not be able to hit even the left figures. CS basic is not high and mostly rely on bonus to save..

Possible, but not average. Some schemes pay more, some pay less.

I am male, 32, annual only 60+k on mx scheme.
