I'm quite clueless about this. What's the normal time taken for each rank for a non-specialist MX farmer?

MX13 to MX12 - 1 year
MX12 to MX11 - ?
MX11 to MX11a - ?
MX11a to MX10 - ?
MX10 to MX9 - ?

Hi all, I search that diploma holder will fall under MSO scheme. Anybody know the pay scale for diploma holders with working experience? Feels like I’ll be paid lesser than private sector.

MX13 to MX12 - 1-3 years
MX12 to MX11 - 2-3 years
MX11 to MX11a - 2-3 years
MX11a to MX10 - 3-5 years
MX10 to MX9 - ?

I got an offer from a ministry for a sgunited job. 1 year contract, 4.8k/month, mx12.
Is it considered low? I'm a mid year career change from private sector. Non local u, female.

Nowadays no more MSO.. diploma also MX.. only thing start off at lower rank MX14.. pay wise depends ur exp..

NTU grad 2:2, 2 years exp in private sector before jumping into public sector. (roughly how much can specialist scheme and non-specialist scheme offer in LTA?)
