Yes there are retrenchment exercise happening in other regions (im in mnc), not sure when and if coming

If you are not even sure if the retrenchment is coming, might not need to resign so quickly. Suggest to stay on. The paycut is deep in my opinion.

Agree, the wait is dreadful! Have you gotten a conditional offer and waiting for clearance? Was told by HR it will take about 1 month..

Is it possible to have a change in title but not a change in salary grade ? Also, suppose there is a change in salary grade, is it possible to have no change to the salary or only marginal change in salary ? Thanks.
