Can public officers do part time lecturing?

I recently obtained a professional certification and thinking of lecturing part time to earn more since progression is slow

Nope not on PSLP (Public Service Leadership Programme)

I'm in a stat board, and we typically surface no more than 2-3 candidates into PSLP each year. Typically our CE has surfaced younger officers (aged 30-35) into PSLP because of the longer runway. Only 2 aged >40 have been enrolled since the start of the programme.

Hello, any fresh grads here recently joined PUB or LTA as an Engineer? Is the scheme for Engineers different than MX, and what is the expected salary for FCH, NS? Any bonuses to take note of? TIA!
