Thanks. So if someone is permanently emplaced after their initial two year contract, will the "from TP" be removed from their email? Or do you have the from tp forever. Just wondering as some staff with this "from TP" in their emails have been working in the government for more than five years according to their linkedins

from tp just means its not direct hired by the govt agency. if the person is later absorbed into a direct hire then of course will be issued normal emails

I've a temp staff with from.TP in her email. When she converted to a perm role, the from.TP was removed.

It doesn't matter whether the staff is on contract or emplaced, but whether he is hired directly by the public agency. If you are hired directly, there will be no from.TP even if you are on a contract.

can be many reasons..

- last year and this year economy not doing well
- females lesser by 200-300 compared to males, due to NS?
- FCH in what degree? is that degree match your job?

Arts degree, policy work. I'm wondering if I was born in the wrong year to get lower starting pay (if it's really been lowered) due to covid lol..

Got staff who are not hired directly by the agency meh? I thought external vendors will just use their vendor emails from their actual employer?
