should i join this firm?
hi everyone,
So i got a call from some recruiter who is looking for candidates for a finance IT firm. It is a perm junior trainee position where the candidate will receive training from the company for 6 months before being deployed to its client (banks). There is a bond of 2 years attached. Can someone please share more of this kind of work arrangement as I am quite new to it. Would it be a good career for me? any input is welcome!

It's just a typical 3rd party outsource contractor for banks, only diff is it has a bond. Take only if you cannot find anything else in the banks.
