what is the market rate of a middle office role in a bank with 2 yr of experience?

148k per annual (plus bonus)
engineering manager

Earn lesser than most IBers, but happy to go back by 6.30pm to see my kids

why do you think you are underpaid? i'm also an IT Manager (not in bank though) with 11 years experience getting 160K per annum, which i consider very well paid for IT work.
