5mil/annum
48 months bonus.
200 days annual leave.
10,000 mobile phone allowance.

All of you guys don't stack up to a mother****ing child genius.

I would say this is not a normal progression comparing to peer and colleagues so do not take this as a benchmark.

I can foresee the IT industry will still be lucrative in the many years to come.

2016 - 50k - started @ smc
2017 - 50k - failed promotion due to some internal issues

LOL fake as ****. 1 year get same annual pay. No increment at all what company does that.
Then 2018 promoted twice each time 10k each? Right...
