No. Most responsible law firms are trying their best to ensure that support staff pay is not affected. Law soc also introduced a help-line of sorts to address this problem specifically.

I would go further and say that most lawyers would take a larger/multiple pay cuts before cutting pay for support staff.

Yes. That is likely to be the case. i think most firms will still provide for 13th month aws, but nothing more than that.
