Basket. Thats low. Ya. I have zero legal experience. Have a friend who graduated from Uni of Sheffield in 2006. He's 35 this year. To my knowledge he has been working as APP since then. A bit shy to ask him how much he earning... Is his progression considered fast?

Law profession in singapore is highly elitist. Even a NUS law is low here. Many comes from elite universities.
Everyone knows murdoch is a paid degree. You should be lucky to find an admin job in law firm paying you 2k a month. Slowly work your way up then.

All the court of appeal judges are from NUS, and so is the chief justice. The attorney-general is also from NUS. So, no, NUS law degree isn't considered low. But yes, there are a lot of Oxford-Cambridge-Harvard people around.
I wouldn't say murdoch is a paid degree, but yes, will be hard to find a legal job that is at least 4k.

Intending to get a law degree from Monash or university of Tasmania (UTAS). Would finding a good law related job paying at least 4k in Singapore be hard? I'm especially worried for starting pay to be too low making my full loan hard to pay back after graduating.

I know a couple from U. of Melbourne. They are doing okay. I'm not sure what they started out at, but after 4 to 5 years, they are all making 6-8k.
I don't know anyone from Murdoch, so I can't say for sure. But whatever it is, just make sure you go to a scheduled university. Otherwise your degree will become semi-useless.
