No, I went as far as to test drive a VW group product only (Skoda, cos I have low budget). But I spent many hours researching both local and overseas sources for reasons and frequency of their parts failures. In the end really didn't dare to buy it as chances are, there would be failures and it would not be financially prudent. Bought a similar priced jap car instead and still enjoying a peace of mind today.
