Assistant Director considered as Director level?
Are Assistant Director considered as Director level?
Is it true in "consolidating" of different government/stats board services, usually they will not take people from the director level?
(Im not that level by the way)

There is a thread on this already. What was agreed in there with reference to Careers@Gov is
D/AD/Associate/Junior Associate - One path, usualy ministry
D/DD/Manager/Ass. Manager/Senior Executive/Exec - One path, usually Stat Board
So, what is your question?
They usually just require the applicant to meet the min requirements to be considered. And they usually consider those with slightly more than what they require.
No fixed rule.

Depending on the stat board.
Stat board with inflated titles usually is like this:
Manager -> Senior Manager -> Assistant Director -> Deputy Director -> Director -> Division Director -> and so on.
In Private context it will be: Executive -> Senior Exec -> Assistant manager -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Director level -> and so on.

Pardon this guy. He just realised there are SIM grads last year in MTI while he’s not struggling to even land an interview at DBS (where he interned before). And yes, he didn’t get converted.
