Mapletree Associate Programme

Would appreciate it if anyone can tell me more about this programme and the salary range, benefits etc. Thank yoU!

typical GLC management program, slightly better than normal fresh executive in GLC or public sector but if you can go for big mncs of course pay & career prospect will be better.

Mapletree is typical local company culture, everything is about rank, follow SOP and working long hours to show you are "hardworking".

The good thing about them is they give you office room once you hit Senior Manager (which is very junior btw), so if you are into this sort of status thing it's good.

Anyone know much about Mapletree's Executive Programme? The one meant for experienced person with postgraduate degree.

Is their turnover rate high? I see their job ads perpetually

Bonus is quite high ~9-10 months on average, but they do expect you to work 80+ hrs work week, so it's more like OT if you ask me..
