What are the outlook now for physical trading in arg commod like corn & soyabean? Or is it still better to start in O&G? From my understanding it is challenging to switch commod once your started.

All can make money as long as you are good. I know some agriculture produce traders that get 7 or even 8 figure bonuses every year.

Itochu is a japanese company and you can expect a jap-centric culture, not unlike the other sogo shosha.

However it depends whether you are in the business or admin department. Which department would you be in?

is physical trader paid higher or paper trader? What kind of programes are there to take in junior or trainee? Currently in middle office of an oil company.. hoping to make a switch.. any ideas?
