Is it just me or is the response from jobsbank really bad? Well I applied for several jobs that were in line with my experience and interest, no reply from anyone so far though.

You are not alone. JobsBank is one big silly act put together by the authorities with an incredibly low efficacy of job return for most SG residents here. The Jobsbank hiring is more or less orchestrated behind the scene with the candidates already pre-identified by the employers. So much for drumming up the embarrassing FCF theme loudly to everyone. I like to see MOM publish the statistics of job return for Singaporeans using JobsBank. Now, that is where the hard truth lies
