How much bonus to expect for Civil Servants this coming Dec 13?

My guess is tier percentage based on the different division status I, Div 1 - 4...

U mean 1.0 for avc dec and 1.0 for 13th mth?

Expect at least 1.6.. btw, once get bonus on 12 dec, can i resign on the 12 itself and still retain my bonus?.. anyone from vital who know about this?, i am from ministry btw..

Are u 100% sure or u experience it before?.. cos some guys says its at least end of dec..

Last year when the growth was 1.3%, the year end bonus was 0.7. Based on this year's better growth, maybe higher?

If 1.3% = 0.7,

2.5% = 1.3??

Sorry I have a question here. I'm currently new to the ministry; just joined few months ago, on 1 year contract. Will I be entitled to the avc as well? Was told by my HR that I've the same benefits as perm staff, just that it's their practice to put all new hires on 1 year contract.
