Seems redundant to have resume but need to fill in the application details, but I assume this is standardized format of job portal, which is unnecessary.
Just fill in, if you submit blanks or ask why you need to fill in, you will stand out. And not in a good way

Of course not, there will be more than enough to go round as expenses will be super low if you have nobody else to spend on/with. Well, one can always try to buy affection with money but that is a totally different discussion, for which 5m is sadly not enough to sustain. It will be gone in a flash.

Can someone share with me why employers need payslip? If my latest payslip only show little since I left with incomplete month, how will this affect my asking salary?

Your payslip should show the period/dates the salary is for.

Employers need payslip to make sure they're not overpaying you basically. Otherwise we all can bluff how much we earn lol
