Those in HR, how many applications typically come in for every position?
Can someone in HR shed some light?
What are typical application rates for positions at various levels - junior executive, senior executive, manager, asst director, director, etc?

I think your question is pretty vague, it depends on the organization, its size, etc, as well.

The number of applications can be seen from jobs posted at linkedin. For well known big firms it's 50 to 100.
Maybe we can refine the question to how many applications consist of at least marginally qualified candidates / what is the proportion of spam?
