I think your question is pretty vague, it depends on the organization, its size, etc, as well.

Am curious to know too...

Perhaps can provide the application rates and state the industry, mnc or sme, zonal segregation etc

The number of applications can be seen from jobs posted at linkedin. For well known big firms it's 50 to 100.

Maybe we can refine the question to how many applications consist of at least marginally qualified candidates / what is the proportion of spam?
