check in with the hr poc
when u say u got the email offer, did they ask u to e-sign any formal LOA?
if nothing hasn't been signed on dotted line, the uncertainty is always there

The company did not ask me to e-sign anything , I only replied ok with their offer, they said they will prepare the necessary and get back to me, aiyo not sure to proceed with other interviews or offers if any.

good to check in with them for a update
in the meantime, proceed with other interviews still.
as nothing is cast in stone, should still keep a lookout

A little hard to gauge, it depends on where you were in the MX12 scale too. Were there any material change in qualifications? Need more info.

My company has a flat hierarchy (am in tech but not govtech)
New comers after one year is around 6.5k
From my understanding this is equivalent to an M/SM pay grade in other ministries?
If I were to switch agencies would I be given SM? Even though I only have 1 YOE or how would it work?
Would it be easier to change agency if I want to at least be middle management (I'm still new but just thinking in future)? As my current agency is flat and hard to get into middle management roles.

From MX 12 (ministry) resigned to join stat board (MX 11).
Qualifications remained the same. Should ask for how much increament?

To tender resignation after signing the LOA or it's better after medical clearance?
